Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aesthetic DNA ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
Aesthetic DNA is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the Service to analyze your personal style preferences. You may not use the Service to:
- Upload images you do not have the right to use
- Upload images containing illegal content or content that violates the rights of others
- Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer any part of the Service
- Attempt to disrupt or overload the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
2. Your content
You retain ownership of the images you upload. By uploading images, you grant Aesthetic DNA a limited license to store and process those images solely for the purpose of generating your style card and providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
3. Shared style cards
When you share your style card link, anyone with that link can view your card, including the images you uploaded. Share links carefully. You can stop sharing at any time by requesting deletion of your card.
4. Product recommendations
The "Shop your taste" feature surfaces products from third-party retailers. Aesthetic DNA does not sell products directly and is not responsible for the accuracy of pricing, availability, or product descriptions. Purchases are made directly with the retailer.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the aesthetic analysis will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use the Service at your own discretion.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aesthetic DNA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, if any.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms, without notice.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
